Avocado, olive oil, tomatoes boost life expectancy.
Recent studies suggest that eating diets rich in avocado, tomatoes, and olive oil may be the recipe for boosting the numbers of years lived in good health ( life expectancy) The studies found that regular consumption of these plant-based foods lowers the risk of developing diabetes, heart disease , high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, kidney and liver failure, boost muscle recovery after exercise. - Guardian
