Woman Gets Eight Years in HIV Case

Akron- A woman is sentenced for not revealing to two different men that she had HIV. A judge sentenced Kelley Bean, 48, of Lima to eight years in prison. Bean, who is HIV positive, had sex with two men without revealing the fact that she had HIV before having sex with them. Bean was found guilty of two counts of felonious assault.
