Former Commissioner for Trade, Investment and Cooperative in Oyo State, Kazeem Adedeji, was on Thursday arrested in Ibadan by men of the Special Anti-Fraud Unit, Lagos.
The former commissioner was arrested with his wife, Biodun, at the latter’s office (Enterprise Bank, Agodi, Ibadan).
The couple were whisked to Iyaganku police station in Ibadan before being driven to Lagos around 1.30pm.
When called to confirm the incident, the state Police Public Relations Officer, Bisi Ilobanefor, promised to get back.
