Christina Aguilera’s new 11,000-square-foot home in Sherman Oaks was previously rented by former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Adrienne Maloof for $20,000 a month.

The mansion was previously rented by Adrienne Maloof, formerly of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” who reportedly paid $20,000 a month to live there after she divorced plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif. Although the reality star leased the home with the option to buy, she moved on without purchasing it, according to Zillow Blog.
For the former “The Voice” coach, the 11,000-square-foot, six-bedroom, eight-bath home is a slight downgrade from her previous address.

The master suite has a marble bathroom, even if it lacks the massive closet the diva had been accustomed to in her old house, which was once owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
After it spent two years on the market, she reportedly sold her 10,000-square-foot Beverly Hills Mediterranean-style mansion for $13.5 million. The home, which has six bedrooms and nine baths, was previously owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.

The vast mansion skimps on nothing. It includes an enclosed corridor that leads to large patio spaces, a saltwater pool and a spa; a bathhouse; a gazebo; and a built-in barbecue.
While she has fewer bathrooms, Aguilera’s new pad includes an enclosed corridor that leads to large patio spaces, a saltwater pool and a spa; a bathhouse; a gazebo; and a built-in barbecue.
Her master suite may not include the same massive closet the blond diva was used to in her previous home, but it’s still fit for a queen. It includes a fireplace, a private office, a large terrace with another fireplace and a marble bath with a steam shower.
