Mum kicked out of court for breast feeding her son

court room for breast feeding her son Maddox An outraged Connecticut mom has spoken out after she was ejected from a courtroom for trying to breastfeed her baby
son. Danielle Gendron was in a Norwich court to testify as a witness but was ushered out by a female family court marshall
after she began to feed her 3-month old son, Maddox. State law allows women to breast feed in public places and the workplace and Gendron says that despite this, she was
made to feel deeply uncomfortable by the marshall. 'I went to feed him and the marshal, just you know she immediately just waved me out,' Gendron told WTNH. 'That's never happened to me so I wasn't sure she was speaking to me at first so I kind of looked around and she was
like you know get out.' Connecticut is on of 45 states that have passed statutes allowing women to breastfeed in a public location according to
the National Conference of State Legislatures. 'It almost make you feel ashamed which is terrible because you shouldn't feel that way,' said Gendron. The 25-year-old mom said that it is foolish to deny any mother the right to feed their child in public. 'If we could all sit home with our babies 24/7 that would be great but no one can do that and no one would be asked to
leave anywhere if they were giving their baby a bottle,' said Gendron. reminded of the law and that they were incorrect. The marshall also apologized to Danielle's sister after she called to complain on behalf of her sister
