A dog in Thailand is being honored for rescuing a newborn who had been wrapped in a plastic bag and thrown into a garbage dump. Pui, a male Thai Bangkae who regularly wanders around his community, found a white plastic bag at a roadside dump in the Rua district and took it home to his master.
