Female NYSC Members In Street Fight

Two female members of the National Youth Service Corps ( NYSC) in Delta State, yesterday engaged each other in a street fight over the attention of a lecturer boyfriend. An eyewitness said the fight broke out along Mariam Babaginda way Asaba at about 9.30am when the female corpers, after exchange of abuses, engaged in a fierce fight in which broken bottles were freely used and their clothes torn to shreds. According to the eyewitness, the fight between the corpers who incidentally are both graduates of Obafemi Awolowo University and live in the same compound was caused by alleged snatching of boyfriend by one of them. One of them was said to be secretly running down her friend in her love messages to the lecturer.-Leadership
