Help Dorene

My boyfriend just proposed to me, this should be an exciting moment for me, but it's not, am down and confused. As a student years back, I had a very complicated abortion, a hysterectomy (removal of the worm) was done without my consent. Now I can't have kids, except there is a miracle, through surrogacy or adoption. The last guy I discussed my problem with, walked out on me. I am really confused, please what should I do. - Dorene
